The staff's attentiveness enhanced our experience with thoughtful touches and prompt service. Rooms were spacious, equipped with luxurious bathrooms and stunning courtyards made relaxation effortless.

The location of some rooms may be inconvenient due to distance from main attractions, and certain amenities like the restaurant weren't available daily.

additionally, the restaurant was half-empty yet we were pressured to book ahead. and don’t get me started on the lack of a complimentary welcome gift, a hotel of this supposed caliber really ought to treat guests like royalty, but alas, I just couldn’t find it in me to leave a good review.

The gorgeous room with a private terrace was unforgettable, while mosquitos were an annoyance.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway, the large soaking tub and spacious deluxe junior suite made for a lovely stay. I particularly enjoyed the pampering provided for my dog, right down to a cozy dog bed waiting in our vehicle after the airport.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The lush, private patio was ideal for morning coffee, providing tranquility despite the vibrant city. TUNKI rooftop bar boasts breathtaking views, so visit for the sunset. For easy exploration, wear sneakers on the cobblestones, it makes a world of difference!

The hotel's charming courtyards, with their beautiful stone arches and lush foliage, created a serene atmosphere for relaxing. The intimate layout of the property made it easy for me to navigate during my stay as a senior guest.

More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

The initial deposit taking felt excessive, starting the stay on a note of unease. Mosquitoes were persistent in the room which, while common in the area, detracted from overall comfort. There's also a noticeable disconnect between reservations and actual occupancy in the restaurant. despite being half-empty, we were discouraged from simply walking in. For those looking for workout options, the gym in the main compound is cramped, pushing you to explore the hill trails instead.

The hotel is a beautiful blend of former houses in fine Spanish colonial style. I was blown away by my large Beautiful Room, which had a gorgeous copper tub that made soaking after a day in the city divine. The rooftop bar gave amazing sunset views, and their good breakfast featuring local flavors was a highlight of my mornings.
